If the order you placed has manufacturing defects, you can return it for a refund of your product cost within 30 days of delivery. Please note, there will be a return shipping charge and you will not be refunded for the original shipping charges. For further information, please refer to our Terms of Sale.

How Do I Qualify for a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Refund?
Your request for the refund must be placed within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. Requests can be made at orders@innovativefloors.ca.

  • Your order must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site; the product is required to be palletized upon return.
  • Your order must not have been used, installed, or marked in any way shape or form.
  • Your refund request must satisfy one of the below noted requirements:
  1. Wrong order, colour or size 
  2. Manufacturing defects 
  3. Does not meet TTMAC standards 

You are responsible for paying the Return Shipping Costs associated with the return of your order (for both partial and full order returns). 

Full Order Returns
In order to receive a product cost refund, you must return your order in its entirety and every piece of the order that you received on the date of delivery must be returned in its original packaging. Please note, there will be a return shipping charge and you will not be refunded for the original shipping charges. Once you have everything accounted for and packaged in accordance with the above qualifications, please contact us and we will arrange a pick-up of the product. Partial Order Returns
If you’re looking to return only a portion of your order as part of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, we can certainly accommodate your request. Once you know which portion of the order needs to be returned, Innovative Flooring will provide a quote for the return shipping charges of the partial order are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Only after you accept the quote will the return be processed. Your partial return must not be less than 50 square feet and must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site; the product is required to be palletized before drop off . Exclusions
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, for full or partial order returns, does not extend to Custom Orders, Container Orders, Made to Order, or Clearance Items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
