Modern, Waterproof Flooring for Kitchens and Bathrooms

Waterproof flooring tiles offer the look and feel of natural stone at a fraction of the price. Many of our large format porcelain slab tiles are available in matte and Pulido (polished) finishes, giving you a variety of options to choose from.

The thickness of porcelain slabs is 7mm for Pulido finishes and 6mm for natural ones. The installation cost of porcelain slab tiles varies depending on the tile type but typically ranges from $13.50 to $35 per square foot.

Porcelain slabs have become the modern alternative to traditional tiles and, over the past five years, have become the go-to choice for kitchen backsplashes, countertops, feature walls, and bathrooms.

No matter the size, slab tiles are widely considered the best waterproof option for wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens. They can be installed on both floors and walls.

While large format tiles are the most popular flooring option for high-moisture areas, some people prefer more eco-friendly alternatives. Luxury vinyl plank flooring is an excellent choice in this regard. With its natural wood appearance and 100% water-resistant surface, vinyl flooring is a great option for bathrooms and kitchens.
